Who is your primary postal carrier?

 

UPS is the primary postal carrier for all continental United States shipments (CONUS), USPS priority mail for all Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Island shipments, and Canada Post for all Canadian shipments.

What are the Shipping Fees?

 

All orders requiring Rush  shipping must be done so by emailing the Customer Service Department, otherwise the order will be processed and mailed via the standard shipping process.

 

Rush shipping available only for credit card orders.

$20.00 - $49.99     - 50% of your order total.

What is Alabastrite?

It's a stone based, poly-resin material to allow the incredible detail in our sculptures.

Because you are a WHOLESALE company, is there a minimum purchase order?

 

YES.  The minimum purchase requirement is $50.00 for standard orders, otherwise the shipping costs are 50% - 100% of your order total. So the more you spend, the more you will save.

Is there a product guarantee?

Yes. If your item is damaged during the shipping process, please email our customer service department immediately. See our Products Guarantee Page.

Is there Sales Tax?

 

California residents are charged 9.00% sales tax of the order total excluding the shipping fees.

 

To avoid the sales tax charge on your order, please supply a copy of your company's California Seller's Permit.

What is California Prop 65?

Any retailer, e-tailer, or etcetera, who sells to customers in California must comply with California Proposition 65, which requires notices about potential exposure to certain chemicals.

Our products are required to meet applicable federal standards for food safety.  However, the materials used in printing the decorations found on the exterior of the ceramic and glass products may contain trace amounts of lead and cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. 

Any Discount Attic item with a trace amount of lead used in the decorating, will have the Prop 65 link in the item description box. If there is no Prop 65 link, then there is no potentially harmful chemical used in the product decorating process.
